Contractor Loyalty Rebate Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Contractor Loyalty Rebate Program (“Program”) offered by Saint-Gobain ADFORS (“Company”). By participating in the Program, contractors (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility. Subject to the contractors complying with all the conditions set forth in this document the Program is open to all contractors who:
Have completed the required ADFORS certified contractor training and register in the digital rebate portal (adforspro.com)
Are 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
Are legally registered businesses in the United States, with mailing addresses in the United States.
Earning Rebates. Rebates are earned based on the total volume of purchases made by the Participant within a specified period. The rebate amounts are detailed in the Program guidelines provided separately. This offer is only valid for the specified products and sizes; any other products do not qualify.
Rebate Submission
Rebate requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
Invoices submitted must clearly show a dealer name, date of purchase, quantity purchased, and description of the items purchased. The price of the product is not required.
Packing slips or pick tickets are not accepted as proof of purchase. Do not submit credit memos. Order acknowledgements/confirmations are acceptable as long as proof of purchase is provided.
Rebate Calculation and Issuance. Rebates are calculated for each submission based on the total qualifying purchases. Rebates will be issued via the payment type selected. Rebates are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are paid in US dollars. If the distributor has not paid the Company for the Products, the Company reserves the right to refuse payment of rebates to the Participants. Rebate processing and issuance can take 7-8 weeks.
Program Modifications and Termination. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Company’s website. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
Disqualification. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Program for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Program. Excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in loss of Contractor ID.
Limitation of Liability. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to lost profit or lost revenues. All claims with respect to a product shall be made with the distributor from whom the product was purchased and not with the Company.
