How long does it take for rebates to be paid out?

Rebate submission review can take up to 1-4 weeks or 20 business days. After approval, payout takes up to 7-10 business days for digital payment or up to 7-14 business days for physical checks to be mailed (not including mail transit time).

What if I changed companies?

Please message ADFORS at adfors.com/contact-form with a request to update your company information.

What if the product I purchased is not on the list of products with a rebate?

If the product you purchased is not on the list of approved rebate items, then there is no rebate on this product.

What if I never received the rebate?

  • Check the status of the rebate at “My Rewards Status” page.
  • Rebate submission review can take up to 1-4 weeks or 20 business days. After approval, payout takes up to 7-10 business days for digital payment or up to 7-14 business days for physical checks to be mailed (not including mail transit time).
  • ADFORS is not liable for lost or misplaced rebates. Replacements will not be made for lost rebates.

What if my rebate is denied?

Rebates can be denied for several reasons including non-qualifying items, missing evidence for verification, submission of duplicate invoices and receipts, or suspicion of fraud.
